1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using LeafSQL (the "Service"), operated by LeafSQL Inc. ("LeafSQL", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
LeafSQL provides an AI-assisted database management platform, including natural-language query generation, schema versioning, environment comparison, drift detection, and migration workflows. Features and availability may change over time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Your data and databases
You retain ownership of the databases you connect and the data within them. You represent that you are authorized to connect any database you add to the Service. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups. Destructive operations executed through the Service are subject to confirmation gates, but you remain responsible for changes you approve.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, disrupting the Service, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any law or third-party right.
6. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe) on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated SQL and schema suggestions may contain errors; review all output before applying it to production systems.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeafSQL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to comply with the law.
